thank you john-mariei was happy to see some air time for triumph's.i suppose the red-neck commentary was to be expected. i get tired of watching shows where they stuff a 350 crate motor into some 70's american car.why cant anyone build a motor anymore. i can set and measure the tolerance of a crankshaft and set pistons. why cant TV experts do the same?
it made for OK tv i guess.i just hope the guy who had the work done can find his way to a shop who knows triumphs.the new sills did not come with the cut out at the front for the bottom of the door to come in to. if the guy opens his doors too far he will dent the bottom corner badly.but more concerning was seeing them cutting into the sheet metal at the cross tube. if they cut the cross tube out the shock/spring towers will collapse in.
but again its nice to see some attention to britsh cars.
and yes the drone shots are fun. we use drones now in real estate marketing

Frank,
The super charged TR3 you saw does belong to a St. Louis gent.  As far as I know, not in the TR club.  Understand there is a little too much power to the wheels for the standard rear end.  In case you are interested, the aerial photographer uses a small radio controlled "drone" with camera for the airborne shots.
