[TR] Windshield Removal

George,

Try heating the posts under the dash and applying some wax. Maybe put a 
vice-grip on to try and twist them free from the windshield.
ALso try some penetrating fluid and heat.

Worse case you may have to cut them with a dremmel. You should be able 
to source a new pair from somewhere.
