Try heating the posts under the dash and applying some wax. Maybe
put a vice-grip on to try and twist them free from the windshield.
<br>
ALso try some penetrating fluid and heat.<br>
<br>
Worse case you may have to cut them with a dremmel. You should be
able to source a new pair from somewhere.<br>
