Ah, yes. It's a little tricky. Fit the fenders loosely then slide the beading tabs in place, between the bolts. As you tighten the bolts, slide the tabs where they are fairly evenly spaced. Most will fit close to a bolt and have a strong hold as the bolt is tightened. I think you'll find that are almost as many tabs as bolts to each fender. There should be a tab at right at each end of the beading. You can pull on the tabs to remove any gaps between the panel and beading strip, then fold over when you are satisfied with the fit. You will be adjusting the fender fit as you go along too. The front fenders and beading should be in place and ready for the apron. The leading end will be dangling out there as the apron is installed. It's a good idea, especially if the paint is fresh and nice, or nice and fresh, to cover the painted surface with blue 3M painters tape, at least a couple widths wide along the fenders, tub and apron. The beading tabs are sharp and will easily scratch the paint.
