Oddly enough, I have found TRF to be quite responsive when I claim they've
sold me parts that don't fit.  It's been a few years since it happened, but
they confirmed the next day that they had an entire shipment of improperly
made parts; and sent me a replacement the next week when they were able to
receive good parts.
