Try these guys, made locally here in New Zealand and I am sure he would be only too keen to sell one overseas

I had a Facet fuel pump and it was SO loud and annoying, I switched. The mechanic at British Motorsports recommended the Hardi pump. https://www.hardi-automotive.com/en/products/fuel-pumps/

A fellow Triumph Travelers Sports Car Club member has Hardi fuel pumps on his two TR4s and is very happy. I made the switch and I am too.

There is a very subtle noise when I turn the key on as the pump gets up to pressure, and from then on its very quiet.

Did you ever have one of those days?

I removed the fuel pump on my TR3 to get out an olive that was stuck in the outlet. Put the pump back on the engine & the pump didn't pump. The pump went on square and easily with no fit problems. Removed, replaced 5 or 6 times still no pumping.

Priming leaver works fine, lever inside the engine works fine when the pump is removed, CAM on CAM shaft appears to be OK. The only thing I can think of is that the lever is going to the side of the CAM, but it looks square to the pump's mounting service. There are 2 springs that centre the inside lever, and one feels a little weaker than the other but the lever appears centered on the shaft.

I've R&Red pumps half a dozen times previously and never had this problem. Suggestions?

I'm looking at the Facet fuel pumps. One in the metal body, one in a black plastic body. I know the one in the black plastic body is really noisy. Any idea if the one in the metal body is any quieter? And yes I know about the rubber mounts.
