[TR] Battery drain

I don't have a copy at hand but I do have a copy of his wiring diagrams and I don't see any resistor connected across the battery.  I guess the first question is which diagram and what page?  The next question is what year is your car?  The diagrams changed almost year to year so there are many.

As for me, my car battery would seriously deplete over a month but I attribute that to the digital display on the radio that is always on.  If I park the car for more than a couple of weeks I open the battery disconnect.

If your favorite book is Dan Masters' "Triumph 250 TR6 Electrical Etc.", you probably noticed that the alternator schematic shows 2 resistors connected across the battery with no disconnecting means. So, how much current will these resistors draw and how long will the battery remain sufficiently charged to start the car?
