[TR] fix for a stripped TR3 hood hinge bolt

Pot metal, in a bright chrome frock!  Before I shelled out for a new set I would give the tried and true JB Weld a go, just be sure to let it fully cure for at least 24 hours.

I know I can buy another one for 50 bucks at Moss but wonder if epoxy would work or maybe trying to re thread with an oversize stainless steel bolt?
