[TR] TR3 Sway Bar Bushing

Finally getting around to installing a front sway bar on my tr3.
The mounting kit that I have included two sets of bar bushings and I'm not sure which one to use.
The bar is 3/4 inch, the bushings measure .75 and .88. Should I use the one that is a tight fit or the one that allows movement.
 the old bushings went by the wayside long ago and the restoration process. Thanks
