[TR] TR250 reaqr fender kit question

I am putting a TR250 together and the rear fender fitting kit contains 2
small black clips.  Supposedly these are to be used where the fender abuts
the rear light housing.

 

Does anyone have a picture of where exactly they go?  It would be greatly
appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
