[TR] where to mount a fuel pump on a TR3?

Electric fuel pumps should be mounted below the level of the tank so
that gravity helps things along.

There are pumps that can be retro-fitted to be in-tank. That helps
with the noise and cools the pump, just like modern cars.

While that one is a high pressure pump better suited to fuel
injection, there are lower pressure pumps suited to carburetors (or
pumps used with pressure regulators and return lines).

I can speak from experience that externally mounted electric pumps are noisy.
