[TR] where to mount a fuel pump on a TR3?

TeriAnn,

I mounted mine on the back/outside of the spare tire well. The pump 
input is almost directly in-line with the fuel tank outlet. When I asked 
this question about my TR4 the answer was as close to the fuel tank as 
possible.

So when I did the 3, same as the 4. Make sure you install a good filter 
between the tank and the inlet on the pump. I made a fused 2 wire 
harness from the engine compartment to the pump for power.
