[TR] overcharging - fixed

just in case anyone else runs into this problem.

72 TR6.  ammeter is always over on the left, indicating charging, more so than it should.  way more so, confirmed with a multi meter.

after about 2500 rpm it pins to the left and disappears.

just swapped out the battery and that made no difference; went to swap out the alternator and found a loose wire.  that solved it.
