Both TRF and Moss sell them, probably others as well. TRF P/N is RFT102,
Moss is 386-895. Looks like Moss also offers 675-075, which looks a bit
more like the Churchill tool shown in the manuals; but is a tad expensive.

Probably won't be so welcome if it slips! The "through the center" style is
far more secure IMO, as it isn't trying to grip a hardened, sloped surface
(the spring) with a finger that doesn't match the profile. And it can't
possibly release the spring unless something breaks.
There is an amazing amount of energy stored in a compressed spring, and it
gets released suddenly if the compressor slips off. I've had my knuckles
rapped once, that was enough.
