And if I  recall correctly, the only tire available for it was a Michelin 
X, because  the geniuses at Renault specified a 13-1/2", three-bolt wheel 
for it.   (I also vaguely remember that the car had a severe problem with 
door  hinges--they wore out at a prodigious rate, the end result being 
the doors  fell off when one least expected it.)

I had one of those so many  years ago. It was called a Renault Gordini. 
Gordini was the tuner not Abarth. I  don't remember it as a 5 speed. It did 
have a tuned header and a very vague  shifter.
