what fun that we are talking about what i think is a great looking car. even if its woefully under-powered.
and then just last night i was catching up on some recorded TV. father brown episode on public TV here in los angeles.
onto set drives the most lovely red triumph 1800/2000. is seen at the start and end of the show.
i would most certainly love to own one.

Here's a nice looking '48 on eBay, seller says it was restored just five years ago.  Will be interesting what it goes for if it makes reserve.   I'm guessing about $30k.

The rumble seat had a windshield. Sadly someone tried to turn it into a street rod and changed out the engine.fora v six.  There are other parts changed but basically all there.  Itis for sale in West Virginia, near Pipestem, if anyone is interested I took afew pictures.  Is this a rare car?
