you'd need one monster bank of these!

just like resistance....  1V through 1ohm resistance is 1A of current flow

on caps... 1F / 1A /1 second

Caps should be rated at twice the voltage they will ever see in service.

A 24V 1Farad capacitor is roughly the size of a quart paint can.

oh...can your car start in under one second?   :-) scale.... you need a 
back seat for the caps!
