[TR] Moss Steering Rack Security Mount

Looking at the Moss site, I must say their write-up doesn't make
it clear (to me) whether the kit is for the stock rack or their
"Quick Rack".  What does the group make of the Moss write-up?
Or is it simply a fix cars without solid mounts?
