[TR] Lightening TR3 Flywheel

We sell Fidanza flywheels and supplied them all the original units used for samples. Back-in-the-day steel flywheels were lightened as a matter of course. But not knowing if there fracture points and now being a litigious society, it isn't done as often. Ted
