[TR] rear brake pipes routing

Andrew -

Both of my TRs have it routed as you show in your photo.  I am pretty sure
both cars are original in this regard.

In my opinion it is helpful if the driver's side line is high enough that
there is no chance of pinching it when you later wish to put a jack stand
under the axle.
