[TR] TR3A flywheel bolt on ring gear

Yes.  Change was supposedly at TS50001, but after all these years there's no telling what you'll find on any particular car.
Earlier cars used a 9 tooth pinion gear on the starter (sorry, don't know the counts for the ring gear); later cars used a larger 10
tooth pinion and a correspondingly smaller ring gear.
