[TR] sabrina engines

for those of you who study the history of our Triumphs.
the factory built a very few overhead cam motors for racing at Le Mons.
because of the way the front timing cover looked it was nicknamed the "Sabrina"
i think the roadster factory is re building one of the Sabrina motors.
so for those who don't know Sabrina here she is and you can well see why they called the motor the Sabrina
