[TR] Lead Wire Wheel Hammer

Over the years, the lead hammer I use on the wire wheel spinoffs has become...shall we say...misshapen.  Still usable...for a while, anyway.  

I'm sure there's no really good answer here, but out of curiosity I ask anyway.  Has anyone found a way to re-shape the lead head on the hammer, short of melting and molding?

Not an engineer here, obvsiously!
