[TR] Rough Running TR4 - Update

Paul -

In any suspected ignition fault I usually start by plugging in the spare
coil -- takes only a moment as the spare can just sit there loose next to
the mounted coil.  I also carry a couple of small bungees -- in case I need
to strap the spare to the mounted coil for the ride home.

IMO everyone should carry a spare coil anyway so even if you pick one up
and that is not the problem (this time) it is still money well spent.
