[TR] TR3 Cam Bearing Question

I was installing the forward cam bearing (of the three bearing shells)
and the holes don't seem to line up. The hole for the oil gallery and the hole
for the keeper bolt seem to be in line on the center of the block, but the
holes in the bearing are not in line. The elongated hole for the keeper bolt
is in the center, but the oil gallery hole is off center.
     There are two
big bearings and one small one in the cam bearing set. The small one goes in
the center obviously. The two big bearings are identical, so the forward one
ends up with an extra hole in it (the small hole).
     Am I missing
something? I tried reversing the bearing but that didn't seem to work either.
I can making the gallery hole match up but then the keeper bolt doesn't line
up. I could drill or file it out to make it fit.
     Maybe I shouldn't be
working on the engine late at night when I am tired...

     TIA,

     Bill
