[TR] TR250 emergency flashers

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and information.  I did double check 
the wire, there is no continuity between the purple and red wire at the 
hazard relay and the hazard flasher.  So, I guess I will need to bite 
the bullet and dig into the wiring harness.
