[TR] early tr4 steering wheel

I have restored many TR3/4 steering wheels. They are not made from Bakelite but rather a hard rubber like plastic. My favorite product to repair cracks is Bondo brand, Easy Finish, black flexible part & bumper repair. It comes in tubes and mixes just like the JB Weld we all use.
