[TR] Update on TR4A speedometer quitting

After checking out my TR4A speedometer, I found that like the tachometer, the
speedometer had locked up and broke the cable. I was ablet to free it up by
dripping penetrating oil in the cable end and letting it soak. After about 5
minutes of trying, I was able to free it up. I ran some brake cleaner in it to
hopefully flush out the crap in there. I will pick up a can of WD40 (can't
believe I don't have one) and put a few drops in the end before I install the
new speedometer cable.
Still working out the bugs..
