[TR] Forgive me: electric fan question

Terry -
I mounted a 12" pusher on the TR3A working from the front (grille off) and
the engine side. The pictures are from the TR4 but the same set-up worked
fine on the TR3A.
I lopped the heads off some bolts and bent them to make brackets:

Used some fuel line to cushion the ends:

Had to oval the mounting holes a bit to allow the brackets to clear the
sides of the radiator:

Held up and worked fine for many years, however I ditched it as
unnecessary when I went with a tropical fan. The pusher was helpful in
traffic and at long stops in hot weather -- but I always suspected it
actually reduced cooling when at speed by partially blocking air flow.
