[TR] Non-running TR3B for sale in Saint Louis area by long-term owner

What a lot of potential there to be a great driver (or the basis of a
restoration).  I do not think I have ever seen that rear bumper before (and
will be just as happy not to see it again) but it is a remarkable accessory.
