[TR] Pulling TR3 engine/trans

Ive never removed it when Ive pulled the engine & trans on my TR4A.  You
have to tilt the tranny down anyway when taking it out.

I think the shifter on the TR3 is a little different, but probably doesnt
stick up more overall.
