[TR] One last question

My TR3B had a "different" approach to bypass hose restriction when I
got it in 1981 -- a hose clamp on the outside of the bypass hose
squeezing it down from outside in.  Seemed to work at the time, but
probably not the best approach...

Here's what it looked like before I took it all apart a couple of years ago.
