[TR] TR4 steering rack rebuild

I would have no play at all.

The rule of thumb in my experience is:

With the tie rod end removed the inner joint within the gaiter should 
support the weight of the tie rod  For example when lifted upwards it should 
stay in that position. If it drops too much play.

I hope you used some Loctite on the threads when reassembling.
