Shortly after we sat down under the tents for dinner, an ambulance arrived and
departed a while later with Dave in tow. It was a combination of heat
exhaustion and fatigue. They pumped him full of fluids at the hospital and
because he had not seen a doctor in a few years, they kept him in the hospital
for another day or so. He was by TRF yesterday and apparently he was "looking
and feeling much better" to quote Will Jones.
