I didn't find that particular pattern, but a quick Google turned up all
sorts of brake light flasher add-ons.  Seems like most of them flash 6 times
rather than just twice.  Eg,

Probably would require negative ground, but I'm guessing that otherwise they
would be an easy add-on to a LBC.
