[TR] Leak down test on TR3A

Well just did the leak down test on my TR3A with the low compression reading
on #3 cylinder.

Pumped in 100 lbs of pressure in 1,2,4. Saw a small continuous retreat on the
gauge to zero pounds. All appeared to be about the same in leak down.

Then did 3 cylinder. The cylinder, with 100 lbs being pumped in, would only
send the gauge to 50 lbs with a steady air stream exiting the engine vent tube
off the block.

Appears to be the rings in #3.
