[TR] off topic - static decals

Please forgive me for this off topic question. I know someone on this list has
made static decals, so the knowledge I need is here. We are trading my son's
car and he wants to move his college decal to the new car.I took it off and
now it dose not want to stick.Is there a way to make it stick again?
