Tim,

I certainly hope you didn't think I was offended in any way.  I don't
necessarily agree 100%, but I'm not offended.

And besides, while it may be sexist or whatever; it is true that females
tend to have a different skill set than males.  It's simply a fact of life,
just like men don't give birth to babies.  All thing considered, we may have
gotten the short end of the stick (but I have no interest in trading!).
