Good morning Frank.........Glad to see you're back into production. The only 
comment I'd make is that Rick Patton has been making the adapter plate (he 
calls it a Fan Eliminator Kit) for a while now. 
http://www.pattonmachine.com/Fan-Order-Price.htm  He was the first to offer 
this product for the TR6 about 4 or 5 years ago and has expanded the product 
to include the TR3 & TR4.
