Actually quite some time ago I set up http://www.team.net/the-local
which was intended as a place for hosting pictures, tech articles,
forums, even a real time chat service.

At one point I was forwarding all the triumphs list mail to the
triumph forum there. But the interface was a bit clunky and
not that easy to use, after an initial bit of activity it kind off
fell off the radar. And still having a job back then I didn't
really have much time to update it. The current Team.Net
forums are easier to use than the original but nobody uses
them because nobody uses them.

There are newer, easier to use versions of such web sites,
and I really should take the time to revamp the entire Team.Net
web presence, integrating email, forums, articles, movies, etc.
in one easy to use place.

Not today, though. I'm letting this cold I have get the best of
me, and am just being a grumpy old curmudgeon, wondering
if I'm just pissing in the wind when it comes to updating
Team.Net services.

Maybe I'll get inspired tonight at our local club's annual
dinner meeting and will approach the British car experience
with some renewed vigor.
