Well, maybe it would be better to find out why there is air coming out of
the crankcase first.  As I understand it, when the anti-runon system was
added, they also went to a sealed oil filler cap ... perhaps yours is
vented?  The 73 emissions training notes also say the dipstick must be in
position.
