[TR] tr3 CARBURATION

before i spend a bunch on a carb rebuild kit that maybe i don't need, id like to hear any ones thoughts on my problem.
carbs where working good when i put the car into restoration 4 years ago.
took them out of storage, cleaned them up, cleaned out the bowls and put them on the car.
now they are running way rich. with the adjustment screw tightened all the way they are still way rich.
any thoughts?
