Well that didn't take long.  Given your musical background I imagine
Google was not involved.  I don't have a copy of that recording, but
the local community station [ krcl.org ] does on occasion play it during
the bluegrass or Fret & Fiddle shows.  NPR carried Thistle & Shamrock,
I think KRCL should do 'Gristle & Hamhocks'
