[TR] "Retiring from the TR hobby"

Don,

I ran into a guy this past summer who was selling his 63 TR4 because he is 
living in a condo and doesnt have a garage anymore. Stored the car in winter 
and does not want to deal with storage etc.

My guess would be that this is the primary cause of "Retiring" from the LBC 
hobby.

Positives are, no longer need to mow the lawn, do every day maintenance on the 
house, the list goes on and on.

But for me and the wife, we will always live in a house with ample garage 
space.
