anti-fisheye additive is silicone.
just for fun facts to know and tell, you can use silicone spray instead of 
the canned liquid sold at paint shops.  add a spritz to your mix and mix it 
up before spraying.  no fisheye.
as pointed out by others, do not spray it around the unpainted car, though.
