[TR] Regarding Oil

I wonder if the Valvoline VR-1 oil carries "FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY"  BECAUSE 
it has the zinc levels harmful to catylitic converters?  Otherwise, kids 
would be using this "racing oil" in their souped up new Neons, etc.
