[TR] broken-off windshield mounting bolts

I'm looking at removing both of the broken-off windshield mounting bolts 
(that hold the w/s stanchion to the body).  Any suggestions beyond 
PBblaster?  Somebody said to use ATF (surely not automatic trans fluid?)... 
I've never had success using a 'Back-Me-Out' Drill Bit?

Any ideas?
