[TR] TR4A hood stowage and retractable seat belts...

Dave's description on the top stowage is spot on. If you have an owner's 
manual, it has a pictorial that shows the process quite well. Reprints of 
the owner's manual are readily available from a number of sources for about 
$15 US.
Sorry, can't help with the retractable seat belt question.
