[TR] TR3 Rear Apron & Bumperette mounting

Bill,

I have a 57 TR3 and and a 61 TR3A. Both are welded flush with the
surface of the apron. The TR3A was severely rear ended at some point so
it may not be a good reference, but the TR3 rear apron was relatively
unmolested.
