[TR] mild cam addition

If you need 2000rpm to launch and it is a "mild" cam something is wrong. No 
way a mild street cam should require 2000rpm to launch unless you're going 
up a very steep incline and your flywheel is significantly lightened. I 
think you need to look for some other problem, like timing advance, mixture 
etc.
